During your appointments with Branch Physical Therapy & Wellness, your entire session will be conducted by a certified physical therapist. To learn more about the member of staff you could be working with, give us a call!

No, you do not need a referral or a prescription to be seen by a physical therapist at our location. You can come directly to us due to New Jersey's Direct Access Law. 

If there is no improvement within 30 days of your initial evaluation, or during your initial evaluation and treatment sessions our physical therapist determines that physical therapy treatment is contraindicated or symptoms of patients are shown that require services that are outside our scope of practice as a licensed physical therapist, we will refer you to the appropriate health care professional.

Branch Physical Therapy & Wellness does use telehealth! If you are seeking something such as lower back pain treatment, but do not want to leave your house for any reason, we are the office for you. 

We use telehealth following all HIPAA regulations to make sure any personal information is safe and secure. We can send you a link directly to your smartphone, tablet, or computer to connect directly for your telehealth meeting.

When you work with a physical therapist from Branch Physical Therapy & Wellness, we make the process simple! Everything will be sent to you directly via email to complete electronically before your first visit. That way, when your appointment date arrives, you can just come on in.

Branch Physical Therapy & Wellness is an out-of-network provider. Therefore, all prices are covered upfront. We do verify your out-of-network benefits before your first appointment with ou physical therapist so you know exactly what you will pay. We can also provide you with a superbill (covering everything from and within your visit) that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
